Catherine is trots op haar eclecticisme. Het zou voor haar onmogelijk zijn om zichzelf te beperken in haar schilderkunst. Dus Catherine zwerft tussen schildersezels en muurschilderingen, unieke porseleinen stukken en serviesgoed. Portretschilderen is haar andere passie. Ze heeft de bijnaam "bewaker van de zielen", omdat het lezen van gezichten haar fascineert. Catherine Serres geeft al meer dan twintig jaar les in beeldende kunst, live boetseren en porseleinschilderen, zowel in de vorm van cursussen als meer incidentele workshops.
