De galerie Artsenal, gevestigd in een beschermd gebouw in de wijk Saint Esprit in Bayonne, is een collectief van kunstenaars en ambachtslieden, gestructureerd als een vereniging, die maandelijks een thematische tentoonstelling organiseert met lokale kunstenaars, afgewisseld met individuele tentoonstellingen.
Het Artsenal is ook een groep workshops die zijn deuren opent voor kinderen en volwassenen voor cursussen schilderen, beeldende kunst, boetseren, mozaïek en fotografie.
De workshops zijn het hele jaar door geopend, ook tijdens de schoolvakanties, met incidentele cursussen of regelmatige workshops
