Vandaag de dag serveert het chique en eigentijdse "1802" geselecteerde producten van hoge kwaliteit die zorgen voor oprechte en heerlijke texturen en smaken: gesmoorde hertenmuis met rode wijn uit Arbois, filet van roze kool... op het schaduwrijke terras of in de grote eetzaal met zijn sobere en romantische decor.
