Twee broers uit Baskenland nodigen je uit om te delen in het plezier van deze eenvoudige keuken, terwijl ze werken met en de nadruk leggen op lokale kwaliteitsproducten. Het is een eenvoudige, populaire Franse keuken die zich leent voor gezelligheid.
Le Bouillon Hortense in Biarritz is het kleine zusje van Bouillon Armand in Bayonne, met dezelfde kaart en dezelfde prijzen, gelegen in het hart van Biarritz, bovenaan het Grande Plage, impasse Gardères in Biarritz. Royale keuken, gastronomische gerechten en strakke prijzen. Het eten, de inrichting en de sfeer zorgen voor het succes van dit nieuwe restaurant.
