Casteignau, opgericht in 1889 in Sarrance, een klein dorpje in de Vallée d'Aspe, is een traditionele slagerij en delicatessenzaak met een conservenfabriek en huisgemaakte vleeswaren.
Ontdek onze specialiteiten, zoals gekookte pens, hier beter bekend als "gras-doubles", en onze traditionele béarnais bloedworst.
Deze smakelijke producten komen uit traditionele recepten die van generatie op generatie worden doorgegeven.
Je vindt er ook een selectie ambachtelijke bieren van La Brasperie, gebrouwen met bronwater uit de Vallée d'Aspe.
