Cyril Haberland, opgeleid in prestigieuze instellingen, assisteerde Thierry Marx.
In 2003, op 28-jarige leeftijd, kreeg hij zijn eerste functie als chef-kok en in 2005 kreeg hij zijn eerste Michelin-ster, die hij 13 jaar achtereen behield. De Gault & Millau gids kende hem de prijs van Jong Talent toe in 2007 en Grote van Morgen in 2012.
Eind 2018 opende Cyril, samen met zijn vrouw Anne, 'L'Atelier' en kreeg in 2019 de Gault & Millau Naturaliteitsprijs en in 2020 de Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Cyril en zijn team bieden u een kwaliteitskeuken met uitsluitend verse producten die met de seizoenen mee veranderen.
Producten geselecteerd bij de beste producenten uit de regio en elders, een moderne en nauwkeurige keuken, een wijnkaart met meer dan 200 referenties om u het beste van de gastronomie te bieden.
