Het gehucht Lavaud biedt een weids uitzicht op de Monts d'Ambazac en de omliggende weilanden. Vanuit het gehucht kunt u via verschillende wandelpaden het uitgesproken reliëf van dit gebied aan de rand van de Creuse ontdekken. Het kerkje van Folles is een getuigenis van landelijke Romaanse kunst, het viaduct van Rocherolles een model in zijn soort. De gîte, zonder inkijk, komt uit op een terras en een omheind terrein van 600 m². Onderaan het terrein ligt een verwarmd privé zwembad (9,5 x 4,5), geopend van 15 mei tot eind september, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden, met een goed beschut terras met luifel.
