La aldea de Lavaud ofrece una amplia vista de los Montes de Ambazac y de los prados circundantes. Varias rutas de senderismo desde la aldea permiten descubrir el marcado relieve de esta zona que bordea la Creuse. La pequeña iglesia de Folles es un testimonio del arte románico rural, y el viaducto de Rocherolles, un modelo en su género. La casa rural, que no tiene vistas, se abre a una terraza y a un terreno cerrado de 600 m². En el fondo del terreno hay una piscina privada climatizada (9,5 x 4,5), abierta del 15 de mayo a finales de septiembre según las condiciones meteorológicas, con una terraza bien protegida con toldo.
