Der Weiler Lavaud bietet einen weiten Blick auf die Monts d'Ambazac und die umliegenden Wiesen. Mehrere Wanderwege ermöglichen es, vom Weiler aus das ausgeprägte Relief dieser an die Creuse angrenzenden Gegend zu entdecken. Die kleine Kirche von Folles ist ein Zeugnis der ländlichen Romanik, das Viadukt von Rocherolles ein Modell seiner Art. Das Ferienhaus ohne jegliche Einsicht öffnet sich auf eine Terrasse und ein eingezäuntes Grundstück von 600 m². Am unteren Ende des Grundstücks befindet sich ein privater, beheizter Pool (9,5 X 4,5), der je nach Wetterbedingungen vom 15. Mai bis Ende September geöffnet ist und über eine gut geschützte Terrasse mit Überdachung verfügt.
