Description

Stel je een mobiel restaurant voor met wekelijkse menu's bedacht door Luc en Lucie. Op het menu: lokale producten, planten, eetbare bloemen, kruiden en andere kleurrijke ingrediënten. De rue sauvage is moeilijk in een hokje te plaatsen, want je kunt hun afhaalgerechten zowel in hun turkoois gekleurde foodtruck als in hun vaste verkooppunt in Auzances eten. De menu's veranderen met de seizoenen en volgens de aanvoer van lokale leveranciers, waarvan de meeste biologisch zijn.
