Weet je wat de "blauwe ziekte" is?
Het is een lokale ziekte die zich elk jaar in oktober als een virus verspreidt: de jacht op houtduiven!
Door met lokvogels te manoeuvreren, lokken de paloumayres de vluchten van deze vogels die van het noorden van Europa naar het Iberisch schiereiland trekken; zodat ze landen op de bomen van de palombière en vervolgens op de grond waar ze met netten worden gevangen. Uitgenodigd worden is een absoluut voorrecht! Gedurende enkele uren kunt u deze traditie beleven in het hart van het bos bij Michel's duivenhok.
