Jean-Marc en Jérôme kwamen op het originele idee om een aardappelautomaat op te zetten op het erf, die 7 dagen per week open is. Er worden verschillende variëteiten aangeboden: de uitstekende Laurette met vast vruchtvlees, Anoé, perfect voor salades, Rosabelle met zijn zachte, smeltende vruchtvlees en de veelzijdige Anaïs, Monalisa en Bintje. Verkocht in zakken van 10 en 25 kg.
