Artist-beeldhouwer ontwerper en organisator Ronde des Feux (keramiek festival en vuur kunst), de maker van de fontein van Chaource. Provin Bernard werd geboren in Troyes. Zijn ontmoetingen met andere kunstenaars, ervaringen en persoonlijke belangen dienen als training. Het assembleert, model en beeldhouwt voor de komende jaren met behulp van verschillende materialen. Sinds 1995, Bernard Provin werkt en richt zijn onderzoek op keramiek en primitieve ontslagen. In 2000 creëerde hij een park houtovens op een plaats genaamd The Potteries in Chaource (in de Aube). Zo ontstond in 2001, de Cirkel van Licht, keramiek en kunst festival van vuur, dat is de set designer en art director.
