In Toutry, een klein dorp in het noorden van de Côte-d'Or (amper 500 inwoners), heeft een hele stam besloten om ongeveer twintig keer per jaar het dorpscafé in brand te steken, in de winter in de warmte, in de zomer op het terras voor een kleine verhoging van de prijs van de drankjes, want de toegang is gratis.
