Op een steenworp afstand van de Jardin Public en het Gare du Midi heeft Sakae, een nieuw restaurant, zijn deuren geopend.
Ken je een Izakaya? Nee, zegt het je niets? Niet bewegen, we leggen het je uit. Een Izakaya is een bistro in Japanse stijl, zoals een café of tapasbar. In het land van de geisha's vind je ze op elke straathoek, maar hier in Frankrijk is het concept niet erg wijdverbreid. We vonden het zo jammer dat we besloten om het hier in Biarritz aan u voor te stellen. De essentie van een Izakaya is de gezelligheid, de smakelijke Japanse keuken die voor u wordt bereid en waarvan u samen met vrienden, collega's of familie kunt genieten. Okonomiyaki, Ramen, Tempura, Gyozas, Kare (Japanse curry), Donburi, Yakisoba.
