Je vindt er seizoensgroenten, zuurdesembrood, eieren en kazen.
Er is ook een "delicatessenkast" met conserven van lokale producenten (eend, varken, kip), honing, linzen, oliën, enz. ....
Het café van de vereniging is open tijdens de distributie om een moment van gezelligheid te delen, een kopje thee/koffie of een koud drankje met een hapje te nuttigen.
We bieden ook muziek-, naai- en yogaworkshops aan.
