Hougham Without is een burgerlijke parochie tussen Dover en Folkestone in het zuidoosten van Engeland. De belangrijkste nederzettingen zijn de dorpen Church Hougham en West Hougham, samen gewoon bekend als "Hougham". Great Hougham Court Farm ligt ten zuiden van de twee dorpen, nabij het Dover zenderstation. De Kanaaltunnel loopt ondergronds net ten zuiden van West Hougham en recht onder zowel Church Hougham als de Boerderij.
