Y Felinheli, vroeger bekend in het Engels als Port Dinorwic, is een dorp en gemeenschap naast de Menai Strait tussen Bangor en Caernarfon in Gwynedd, Noordwest-Wales.
Etymologisch komt de naam van het Welsh y, wat de betekent, melin, wat molen betekent en heli, wat pekel/zout-water/zee betekent. Een alternatieve interpretatie is van Y Felin Heulyn, "de molen aan de rivier Heulyn", wat verwijst naar de rivier die in het dorp uitmondt.
