Waunfawr is een dorp en gemeenschap, 6 kilometer ten zuidoosten van Caernarfon, nabij het Nationaal Park Snowdonia, Gwynedd, in Wales.
Het treinstation Waunfawr op de Welsh Highland Railway tussen Caernarfon en Porthmadog ligt naast de Snowdonia Park Brewpub en Camping aan de zuidkant van het dorp. De brewpub is recentelijk winnaar geworden van de Campaign for Real Ale-prijs voor een aantal van zijn bieren en werd in 2012 uitgeroepen tot beste pub in de regio; en heeft ook de CAMRA Gwynedd en Mon Pub of the Year gewonnen in 2012, 13, 14 & 15.
