"Stinking Bishop cheese" of de "Stinkende Bisschop kaas" is ooit uitgeroepen als de meest stinkede kaas in de UK. Stinking Bishop is een zachte gewassen korst-kaas geproduceerd sinds 1972 door Charles Martel en Zoon op de Laurel Farm in Dymock, Gloucestershire. Het wordt gemaakt van de melk van Gloucester runderen. In 1972 leefden er nog slechts 68 vaarzen van het Gloucester ras . Het ras is nieuw leven ingeblazen om zo de productie van de kaas blijvend mogelijk te maken.
