Le fromage Stinking Bishop, ou le fromage "Stinkende Bisschop", a été déclaré comme le fromage le plus puant du Royaume-Uni. Stinking Bishop est un fromage à croûte lavée fabriqué depuis 1972 par Charles Martel et Fils à la ferme Laurel à Dymock, Gloucestershire. Il est produit à partir du lait de vaches Gloucester. En 1972, il n'y avait plus que 68 génisses de la race Gloucester. La race a été relancée pour permettre une production durable du fromage.
