Eylesbarrow mijn was een tinmijn op Dartmoor, Devon, Engeland, die actief was gedurende de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw. In zijn vroege jaren was het een van de grootste en meest welvarende tinmijnen van Dartmoor, samen met Whiteworks en de Birch Tor en Vitifer mijnen. De naam heeft verschillende variantspellingen, zoals Eylesburrow, Ailsborough, Ellisborough, Hillsborough, enz. Het was ook bekend als Wheal Ruth voor een korte periode rond 1850. De uitgebreide resten liggen ten noorden van de rivier Plym, minder dan 1 mijl ten noordoosten van Drizzlecombe, aan de zuidelijke schouder van de heuvel die Eylesbarrow wordt genoemd, bovenop welke twee prominente grafheuvels uit de Bronstijd liggen.
