Highclere spoorwegstation was een station op de Didcot, Newbury en Southampton Spoorweg in Engeland. Het deelt de naam met het nabijgelegen dorp Highclere en Highclere Castle.
Het station leek veel op andere stations langs de lijn, met de standaard passerende lus, het stationsgebouw en een enkele spoortak naar het zuiden. Ten noorden van het station werd de lijn gekruist door een ongebruikelijk ontworpen brug over de A34 weg.
