The Old Village of Lawers is gelegen aan de noordkust van Loch Tay. Met dit dorp is iets merkwaardigs aan de hand. Hier zou de geest van de Lady of Lawers in de oude ruïnes van het dorp ronddwalen. Volgens de legende ligt onder de oude restanten haar vroegere huis, en zou ze daar nog steeds ronddwalen. De Lady of Lawers was eenwaarzegster uit de 17de eeuw die enkele opmerkelijke voorspellingen, deed die nadien uitkwamen. Ze voorzag de komst van treinen en “door rook voortgedreven schepen”. In 2021 werd het dorp zelf te koop aangeboden, voor een luttele 146.000 euro, inclusief geest.
