De Slag bij Gunnislake New Bridge was een slag die plaatsvond op 20 juli 1644 op en rond de Gunnislake New Bridge, een brug over de rivier de Tamar tussen Cornwall en Devon, tijdens de Eerste Engelse Burgeroorlog.
Tijdens de Burgeroorlog was de provincie Cornwall volledig loyaal aan koning Charles I en de royalistische zaak. Devon was echter parlementair, waardoor de rivier de Tamar de locatie was van vele slagen. Beide zijden begrepen dat als ze de andere provincie wilden binnenvallen of zich tegen invasie wilden verdedigen, ze controle moesten hebben over de oversteekplaatsen van de Tamar. Gunnislake New Bridge was een van de vier bruggen die de rivier de Tamar overstaken.
