De Slag om Rhodos vond in mei 1912 plaats als onderdeel van de Italiaans-Turkse Oorlog. Italiaanse troepen onder generaal-majoor Giovanni Battista Ameglio landden op het eiland en vochten tegen de Ottomaanse garnizoens. Na dertien dagen van strijd kwam er een einde aan bijna 400 jaar Ottomaanse heerschappij over het eiland. De slag was de belangrijkste operatie van het Italiaanse leger in de Egeïsche Zee.
