De kerk van Drimonas is verschillende keren herbouwd vanwege aardbevingen. De inconostatis dateert uit 1850. Zoals de meeste kerken in Lefkas is ook deze kerk zeer eenvoudig van constructie en heeft een aparte, eenvoudige campanila. Dit type architectuur wordt sterk beïnvloed door de seismische activiteit in het gebied.
