Turlough Hill, ook bekend als Tomaneena, is een 681 meter hoge berg in County Wicklow in Ierland en de locatie van Ierland's enige pompopslag-waterkrachtcentrale. De elektriciteitscentrale is in eigendom en wordt beheerd door de ESB en kan tot 292 megawatt aan elektriciteit genereren tijdens piekuren.
De historicus Liam Price heeft vastgelegd dat de berg lokaal bekend stond als Tomaneena; Turlough Hill is de naam die aan de berg is gegeven door de ESB toen ze de locatie voor het pompopslagschema verkenden. Hij is 681 meter hoog en is de 136e hoogste top in Ierland. De top ligt ten zuidwesten van het bovenste reservoir en is gemakkelijk te bereiken via de geasfalteerde toegangsweg die begint aan de top van de Wicklow Gap. Het is ook mogelijk om de top te bereiken vanuit Glendalough of vanuit de toppen van de naburige bergen Camaderry en Conavalla.
