St. Maria is de kathedraal van het rooms-katholieke bisdom Ossory. Het is gelegen aan James’s Street, Kilkenny, Ierland.
St. Maria werd ontworpen door William Deane Butler. Hij werd gekozen door bisschop William Kinsella die de bouw van St. Maria in februari 1842 opstartte. Het werk begon in april 1843 en was voltooid in 1857. Op zondag 4 oktober 1857 had St. Maria zijn grand opening, die bestond uit een ceremonie van twee uur en vijfenzeventig minuten die begon om 6.15 uur. De kosten van de bouw worden geschat op £25.000.
