McDermott's Castle is een kasteel en beschermd nationaal monument gelegen in County Roscommon, Ierland. De locatie is sinds minstens de 13e eeuw een versterking, en het torenhuis van de structuur dateert mogelijk uit de 16e eeuw, terwijl een groot deel van het huidige gebouw uit de 19e eeuw dateert.
McDermott's Castle ligt op Castle Island, een eiland van 0,23 ha in de zuidoosthoek van Lough Key.
