De rivier Eske is een rivier in County Donegal, Ierland. Hij begint bij Lough Eske in het zuidoosten van het graafschap voordat hij voornamelijk westwaarts stroomt naar de stad Donegal en de Atlantische Oceaan in via Donegal Bay.
Donegal Town is de enige grote nederzetting waar hij doorheen stroomt. Ondanks zijn grootte is de rivier goed bekend om het vissen, vooral op lentelachs, zeetrouwt en beekforel, met het seizoen van 1 maart tot 30 september.
