Ballyboy of Ballaboy is een dorp in County Offaly, Ierland. Het ligt ongeveer twee kilometer ten oosten van Kilcormac.
Voor de Plantages van Ierland werd Ballyboy geregeerd door O'Molloy in een gebied dat bekendstaat als Firceall, dat was geallieerd met het Koninkrijk Meath. Toen de Gaelic stamhoofden uit hun macht werden gezet na de Engelse Plantages, werd Firceall opgedeeld en vormde Ballyboy zijn eigen Baronie binnen het toen nieuw gevormde King's County.
