Charleville Castle is een laaglandkasteel in neogotische stijl aan de stadsgrens van Tullamore in het Ierse graafschap Offaly. Het gebouw nabij de rivier de Clodiagh wordt beschouwd als een van de mooiste in zijn soort in het land.
Het eerste herenhuis dat op de locatie van het huidige Charleville Castle werd gebouwd, werd rond 1641 in opdracht gegeven door Thomas Moore. Het bezit viel aan Charles Moore, 1e graaf van Charleville, de kleinzoon van Thomas Moore, en toen hij in 1674 stierf, viel het via zijn zus Jane aan Charles William Bury. In 1806 werd Bury verheven tot 1e graaf van Charleville. De nieuwe graaf besloot een nieuw huis op het landgoed te laten bouwen. In 1798 stelde hij de architect Francis Johnson aan om het ontwerp van het nieuwe huis te maken, dat tussen 1800 en 1812 werd gebouwd.
