Dunlough Castle, gelegen op de kliffen aan de noordpunt van het Mizen-schiereiland, kijkt uit over de Atlantische Oceaan vanaf het uiterste zuidwestpunt van Ierland. Opgericht in 1207 door Donagh O’Mahony, is Dunlough een van de oudste kastelen in het zuiden van Ierland en een voorbeeld van de Normandische architectuur en droge stenen metselwerk.
