De Brug der Tranen is een stenen brug gelegen nabij de steden Dunfanaghy en Falcarragh, County Donegal.
Voor de introductie van spoorwegen en moderne wegen werd de brug gebruikt op de hoofdroute naar Derry. De haven van Derry werd gebruikt door emigranten die vertrokken om een nieuw leven te beginnen in landen zoals Australië, Canada, Engeland, Schotland en de Verenigde Staten. De brug was de plek waar de families van de emigranten afscheid namen. Vanwege de kosten van reizen en de onwaarschijnlijkheid dat de emigranten zouden terugkeren, werd hun vertrek behandeld als een begrafenis.
