Gravedona ed Uniti is een gemeente in de Italiaanse provincie Como en telt 4.228 inwoners . De oppervlakte bedraagt 40,8 km², de bevolkingsdichtheid is 104 inwoners per km².
De volgende frazioni maken deel uit van de gemeente: Negrana, San Carlo, Segna, Trevisa, Traversa. In 2011 werd Gravedona ed Uniti gevormd uit de voormalige gemeenten Gravedona , Consiglio di Rumo en Germasino.
