Het Palazzo della Ragione in de Noord-Italiaanse stad Bergamo wordt soms ook wel Palazzo Vecchio genoemd. Het gebouw diende – vergelijkbaar met een antieke Romeinse basiliek – als gerechtshof bij openbare processen, als markthal en als vergaderplaats van de stadsraad; bovendien diende het als representatieve ontvangsthal voor illustere gasten van de stad. Het staat direct naast de Dom van Bergamo; samen vormen beide bouwwerken een opvallend ensemble van geestelijke en wereldlijke macht.
