De Accademia di San Luca of de Accademia di belle arti di Roma is een vereniging van kunstenaars die werd opgericht in 1577 en actief werd onder Federico Zuccaro, haar eerste directeur, in 1593. Ze kreeg haar naam naar de heilige Lucas van wie werd aangenomen dat hij een portret van de Heilige Maagd schilderde. De instelling is vandaag nog steeds actief.
