De sterrenwacht van Rome is een astronomisch observatorium in Italië met drie vestigingen: Monte Mario in de stad Rome, in de gemeente Monte Porzio Catone in de provincie Rome en in Campo Imperatore in de provincie L'Aquila.
Het astronomisch observatorium van Rome werd in deze locatie opgericht in 1938. Momenteel is het de centrale locatie van het observatorium en herbergt ook de voorzitter en de administratie van het Italiaanse Nationale Instituut voor Astrofysica, INAF.
