De Ponte della Paglia is een brug in Venetië in het Sestiere San Marco. Ze overspant de Rio de Palazzo o de la Canonica en verbindt de Molo San Marco met de Riva degli Schiavoni.
Haar naam dankt ze aan de met stro geladen boten die hier aanmeerden en waarvan het bestaan uit verschillende wetten en decreten van de Republiek bekend is.
