Het Revoltella-museum is een moderne kunstgalerie die in 1872 in Triëst werd opgericht door baron Pasquale Revoltella. De baron liet zijn huis na aan de stad, evenals alle kunstwerken, meubels en boeken die het bevatte.
Het hoofdgebouw, ontworpen door Friedrich Hitzig, werd in 1858 gebouwd. Om de oorspronkelijke collectie uit te breiden, verwierf de stad in 1907 het nabijgelegen Brunnerpaleis. Dit gebouw werd echter pas in 1963 volledig in gebruik genomen, na een reconstructie door Carlo Scarpa. Het museum bestaat tegenwoordig uit drie gebouwen met een totale tentoonstellingsruimte van 4.000 vierkante meter en de hoofdingang aan de Via Diaz.
