Het Palazzo della Borsa is een monumentaal 19e-eeuws paleis gelegen op het Piazza met dezelfde naam in Napels, regio Campania, Italië. Het gebouw, gebouwd in een academische en omvangrijke Neorenaissancestijl, herbergde voorheen de lokale beurs, maar is nu de thuisbasis van de Napolitaanse Kamer van Koophandel.
Het paleis werd in 1895 ontworpen door Alfonso Guerra en Luigi Ferrara. Flankerend aan de voorstappen zijn twee gevleugelde genieën die fakkels dragen en bronzen leeuwen berijden. Dit beeldhouwwerk van Luigi De Luca was bedoeld als een allegorie van het licht van de rede die de wilde kracht temt. De hoofdzaal heeft fresco's van Gustavo Mancinelli, Gaetano Esposito, Vincenzo Migliaro, Alceste Campriani, Salvatore Postiglione, Salvatore Cozzolino, Gaetano d’Agostino en Giovanni Diana. Deze salon heeft stucwerk van Ciro Sannino en Vincenzo Belligiono. Op de eerste verdieping bevindt zich een standbeeld van Giuseppe del Fico.
