Op een hoogte van 315 meter ligt op een klif, het Hollenfels kasteel, waakt over de Eisch - een indrukwekkend beeld! Hollenfels behoort tot de legendarische "Vallei van de Zeven Kastelen".
Hollenfels kasteel bestaat uit een 40 meter hoge donjon, een hoektoren, een gordijn en een woonkamer. Een stenen brug over de gracht geeft toegang.
Oud riddergoed van Hollenfels met indrukwekkende burchttoren, nu omgebouwd in jeugdherberg en ecologisch centrum.
