Kalktufbron - Kallektuffquell
Bij de kalktufbron in de vallei van de Zwarte Ernz stroomt kristalhelder kalkhoudend water over een richel in een bekken. De kleuren van het water en de rotsen en de diversiteit van de soorten mos zijn zeer indrukwekkend.
Deze prachtige plek is het best bereikbaar via de lokale wandeling W7 (10,2 km), met start in Heringer Millen of via Route 3 van de Mullerthal Trail. Voordat u de bron bereikt, wandelt u over 600 meter houtvlonders, die langs de Zwarte Ernz voeren en deze meerdere malen overbruggen.
