Gozo-regio is een van de vijf regio's van Malta. De regio omvat de eilanden Gozo, Comino en verschillende kleine eilandjes zoals Cominotto. De regio grenst aan geen andere regio's, maar is wel dicht bij de Noordelijke Regio.
De regio is opgericht door de Wet op de Lokale Raden van 1993. Het is de enige oorspronkelijke regio die nog bestaat, aangezien de andere twee zijn opgesplitst in kleinere regio's door Wet nr. XVI van 2009.
