Die Region Gozo ist eine von fünf Regionen Maltas. Die Region umfasst die Inseln Gozo, Comino und mehrere kleine Eilande wie Cominotto. Die Region grenzt an keine anderen Regionen, liegt jedoch in der Nähe der Nordregion.
Die Region wurde durch das Gesetz der Gemeinderäte von 1993 geschaffen. Sie ist die einzige noch bestehende ursprüngliche Region, da die anderen beiden durch das Gesetz Nr. XVI von 2009 in kleinere Regionen aufgeteilt wurden.
