Hoewel het belang van de landbouw in Schoondijke [Schwôndieke] is afgenomen, is het agrarische karakter in en rondom Schoondijke nog duidelijk aanwezig. In het West-Zeeuws-Vlaamse dorp komt de landbouwsfeer in de vorm van beelden terug, zoals Het Paard, De Zaaier en Het wassende graan. Het kunstwerk Landarbeiders van Jan Haas heeft op het vernieuwde Dorpsplein een prominente plek gekregen. De Hulster molen is iedere zaterdag geopend voor bezichtiging. Je kunt er ook terecht voor vers gemalen meel.
