Hier begeef je je ín de stad, met alle gemakken van de stad. Wat Waalfront nog unieker maakt? Het is hier heerlijk rustig, je ziet en voelt de rivier, de bruggen en de uiterwaarden. De rivier heeft meer ruimte gekregen en is prachtig als verblijfsgebied aan de openbare ruimte van Nijmegen toegevoegd.
Je beschikt vervolgens over je eigen compleet ingerichte suite op de begane grond (42m2.) voorzien van je eigen luxe keuken, woonkamer, douche, wc, ruime slaapkamer en alle benodigde faciliteiten.Gratis parkeren voor de deur en toch dicht bij het historische Centrum, het Kronenburgerpark maar ook slechts op 10 minuten lopen naar de vele Waalstrandjes op het eiland 'Veur Lent'.
