Abdij Ulingheide is een voormalig kloostercomplex van de trappisten in het Limburgse dorp Tegelen, vlak bij de grens met Duitsland, gewijd aan Onze Lieve Vrouwe Onbevlekt Ontvangen.
In 1884 vestigden zich voor het eerst enkele monniken op de Uelingsheide in Tegelen. Ze kochten een op de heide gelegen boerderij aan, als "overloop" voor de Belgische abdij van Westmalle. Deze breidden ze uit en ze begonnen de omliggende gronden te ontginnen om in hun eigen levensonderhoud te voorzien. Later verbouwden ze de boerderij tot een klooster, dat in 1933 tot abdij werd verheven. Hier woonde en werkte men als zogeheten Contemplatieve Monastieke Gemeenschap, waarbij het gebed centraal stond.
