Het Stadhuis van Dordrecht is een in 1383 door Vlaamse kooplieden gebouwd stadhuis in de plaats Dordrecht, in de Nederlandse provincie Zuid-Holland. De Vlaamse kooplieden gebruikten het gebouw aanvankelijk als markthal voor handel in lakense stoffen. In die tijd had het gebouw nog een gotisch uiterlijk. In 1837 werd dit grotendeels gesloopt en vervangen door classicistische nieuwbouw. Resten van het gotische gebouw zijn nog altijd zichtbaar aan de achterkant van het stadhuis en in de gewelfde kelder .
